big it took your breath away?
When you face your fears in a safe, non invasive way, the light beings to show. You will feel lighter, relieved, happier, and more relaxed. Calm will overpower you, instead of the fear.
I have been here as well. Fear around money. Oh ya, that is me! Or how about past fear around my depression. Will I ever get through this? Will I ever feel happy with my life? These are all fears I have experienced and have been able to overcome or I am still working on them.Fear, anxiety they are both interchangeable, and they are both so scary at times to experience. Fear can show up at work, at home, in a public area, even in your car. Your thoughts can run away and make the fear bigger and bigger and bigger until the overwhelm is so great there is a breakdown in the body and mind.
I have experienced all of these. Anxiety so great I couldn’t go out in busy places. I could no longer have a regular social life. Hiding is where I felt safe. How could I escape this fear? It was so debilitating. So very hard to deal with. It affected not only myself, but my friends, my dogs, my family. So I feel you. I feel how constricting this fear can be. If you could feel some relief from this fear/anxiety would you take the opportunity?
