Gratitude

Life is a journey. We have highs and we have lows. Our experiences make us who we are. In times of struggle we learn our biggest lessons. We can choose to let our hardships take a hold of us and bring us down further, or we can choose to ride the wave and go with the flow.

Believe me, I know this isn’t easy. I have had a rough 4 years. Riding the wave has not been easy. I have had to really shuffle my life around to accommodate these cycles of highs and lows. Each time thinking will this ever end? Then realizing I have to come to terms that this might be the way I have to experience my life. To learn the lessons as the darkness comes and to try to embrace the light when it does show up.

It is important when we go through something like I have to really accept other people’s help. To be diligent on self care. I exercise daily, I try to eat healthy as much as I can, I try to stay social, I have continuous support through my own health practitioners ( doctors, energy healers, etc) and I just try my best to be grateful everyday for what I do have in my life right now.

Trying to stay present can be difficult when you are going through something challenging, but I invite you to try something for 21 days. Grab yourself a new journal. Each day, morning or night, write in it 3 things that you are grateful for. If you have never done this before you may find it difficult. But you can put easy things down such as ” I am grateful for the sun today”. or ” I am grateful for my dog”, or ” I am grateful for the great cup of coffee I had this morning to start my day”. I think you get my point here. This process can stimulate your energy field for a more positive vibration. Allowing better things to come into your life.

Raising your energetic vibration is really important when you are having a hard time. There are many things you can do to help this. Getting regular energy healing sessions, wearing certain crystals can help, listening to your favourite music, move your body ( this can be as simple as a walk or dancing around in your house), get out into nature ( this is a must for me on a daily basis, even in the winter ), smudge yourself and your house or just do something that you love doing. These are just examples. But I think from here you can gather your own ideas and start to implement them in your own life. Feel free to share your plan by replying to this email.
