Distance Healing is a powerful method of energy healing that doesn’t require physical contact to take effect.

And it’s not as uncommon as you might think!

Many modern energy workers and guides have adopted distance healing in recent years. It allows us to support people who are called to our work but maybe live too far (like halfway across the world) or are unable to leave their homes (this is common for many of my clients with chronic pain).

Distance healing also makes the experience that much more enjoyable when you can take your appointment from the comfort of your own bed instead of rushing out the door!

How Distance Healing Sessions Work:

Distance healing works in the exact same way as in-person healing—except you get to experience the work from the comfort of your own home! Quantum physics shows us that there is a deep interconnection between every atom in the Universe (and therefore, every human in the Universe). So, when I tap into your energy and begin the healing work, it creates a link to your unique energetic signature – allowing healing to take place regardless of the location. Think of it like a cell phone that can quickly connect to people all around the globe without needing a physical connection to do it.


Yes! And it can open you to even deeper levels of healing. When you receive distance healing from the comfort of your own home, your body feels more safe, relaxed, and calm, making it easier to go deeper during your session. Plus, you have the added benefit of being able to go to sleep, take a bath, get a drink of water, or go for a walk immediately after your session is over. There is no travel involved, and there is no rush out the door. You don’t have to do anything but sit back and receive.

Distance Healing is more accessible (whether you’re unable to leave your home or you live across the world, this healing work is now available for everyone), it reduces stress (what’s more relaxing than not having to rush to an appointment, and instead, receive healing from the comfort of your own bed?), and it can be even more powerful than in-person sessions (the more relaxed, open, and comfortable we are, the deeper the healing can go).

I suggest getting a notebook and pen to take notes during the last part of your session, where you’ll receive your “homework” and next steps! Aside from that, all you need to do is find a comfortable spot to receive your session in. The beauty of distance healing is that you don’t need to be lying down or sitting for this session to work—you can choose to do a quiet and relaxing activity if you wish to instead. All you need to do is let the healing happen. And that’s it.

Most of the time, a general sense of wellbeing can be felt immediately after the session. Those sensitive to energy may notice tingling, temperature changes, gurgling in the stomach, and other sensations throughout the body. It is also normal to feel nothing at all! Every experience is entirely unique. And sometimes, the healing is occuring at such a deep level (the subconscious level) that you may not be consciously aware that the healing is taking place! Every single client has a different experience. If you choose to lay down during your session, you might even fall asleep!
